We do not store payment card details on our servers.

We use your information solely to provide and improve the service — generating reports, processing payments, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Report Data
The inputs you provide when generating a report (location, asset class, concerns) are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your report. These inputs are subject to Anthropic's data processing terms. We do not use your report inputs to train AI models.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — necessary for the site to function (session management, authentication). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Generated reports may be retained for up to 90 days to allow re-download.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party providers. We do not store raw payment credentials.
7. Third-Party Services
We use Anthropic to generate report content. Their privacy policy governs how they handle data passed through their API. We do not share identifiable personal information with Anthropic — only the report parameters you submit.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us through the platform. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
Stratagem is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
