1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Stratagem, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
Stratagem provides AI-generated geopolitical and property risk analysis, produced by the Stratagem Risk Engine™ (a large-language-model system), for informational purposes. Reports are generated using large language models and publicly available data. They do not constitute financial, legal, investment, or professional advice of any kind.
3. No Investment Advice
All content produced by Stratagem is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You should seek independent professional advice before making any investment decision.
4. Payments
Single reports are charged at $49 for a City Report and $79 for a City Deep Report. The subscription is billed monthly in advance at $199 per month. All payments are processed securely. We do not store payment card details.
5. Subscriptions & Cancellation
The subscription includes up to ten reports per month plus white-label branding and delivery in the buyer's language. There is no minimum commitment period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
6. Refunds
Single report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our part, a full refund will be issued.
7. Intellectual Property
Reports generated through the platform are provided for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish report content without prior written consent.
8. Accuracy & Limitations
Stratagem makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Reports are compiled from sources retrieved at the time of generation and reflect conditions as of that date. Geopolitical and market conditions change rapidly; a report is a point-in-time snapshot, not a live feed, and content generated by the Stratagem Risk Engine™ (AI) may contain errors. Every material figure is linked to its source so you can verify it independently before relying on it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratagem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on any report content.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which Stratagem operates.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
